Gargoyle head Reflection:
1. I believe the strongest parts of my gargoyle is the actual form, I really like the kind of creature I chose to make, and I feel that it really did turn out the way I wanted it to, I did however take a lot of work and trial and error to get there.
2. I Could have done quite a lot better on the fine details, fine details are very stressful for me because I do not have a very stabile hand, I could have also done better on the amount of effort put into it.
3. The basis of my creature is a sort of dog/ demon hound. the emotion put out by it however is rather disappointing, as I tried to create a mean and very intimidating look, but instead it looked happy.
4. The size of the creature is about 6 inches tall and 5 inches long, it is about the size of gallon bucket of ice cream. I didn't really choose for it to be that size, as I kept working on the project it gradually grew bigger and bigger.
5. The major colors used in the project are of course very deep and intimidating and very dark, I chose to use reds and deep browns and blacks to create a feeling of darkness, dread and mysteriousness.
6. I learned from this project that the only emotion I know how to make is apparently a happy/ non- chalant sort of facial expression, but this is good as it tells me that I am a happy and have a pretty neutral personality.
7. I did choose my creature and it did not come by chance. The challenges that I had to face were to make the facial expression and somehow keep it looking natural. I tried to roll with the punches and failed.
8. It is a worthwhile project, however it needs to be more
